You can become a Friend of Middlesex Rugby in two simple steps. First, fill in your personal details on the application form below, then provide your bank details in our Go Cardless payment system.
Your first annual membership fee of £50.00 will be collected immediately. Fees for subsequent years will be collected automatically by direct debit on the anniversary of the date you joined.
As soon as we have processed your payment, we will send you your membership pack so that you can start to take advantage of the many benefits straight away.
